Job Summary

A cloud communications company is seeking a Remote Technical Contact Center Account Executive.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Prospecting for new logo accounts
  • Growing the existing account base within assigned territory
  • Positioning the value of cloud solutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Meeting with existing customers to up-sell existing engagements
  • Minimum 4+ years contact center sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven record of success for sales to large corporate accounts
  • 5 years of technology solution-based selling experience
  • Extensive Call Center and Contact Center Experience
