A leader in process intelligence technology is filling a position for a Remote Technical Content and Training Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing effective enablement resources and programming
- Establishing metrics to measure the impact and efficacy of sales enablement programs
- Building and maintaining a product training and certification program for new hires
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years in Sales Enablement, B2B SaaS Sales, Product Marketing or other product learning
- 5+ years of experience leading teams to develop and launch B2B sales training initiatives
- 5+ years of expertise in training design and facilitation with both customers and partners
- Experienced in developing engaging sales training content
- Able to collaborate with and manage cross-functional teams and build trust in order to influence others
