Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Customer Experience Operations Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Compiling data to make assessments of the department's progress
  • Leading all aspects of the daily operations of the customer service (MX) department
  • Identifying, scoping and building requirements for improvements and functionality required to support the Customer Experience effort

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of relevant Operations or Operations-related experience
  • Deep understanding of relevant Customer service technologies, tooling and automation
  • Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in people management, including developing a team
