Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Technical Customer Experience Representative.


Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service phone support
  • Accept payments by a variety of methods
  • Explain charges and credits on the customer’s bill

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
