Job Summary
A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Customer Integrations Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding and exploring various integration environments
- Working with PMs and product engineers on trade offs
- Taking ownership of onboarding success for each of our customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 6 years of software engineering/technical consulting experience
- 3+ years experience working directly with external customers
- Ability to write technical documents and communicate technically complex concepts
- Experience with security integration technologies (Oauth, SAML, OIDC) or vendors
- Experience building production infrastructure with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or GCP
- Experience collaborating with engineers in remote locations across different time zones
