Job Summary
Handling a large volume of customer inquiries and complaints, the part-time Remote Technical Customer Service Representative will provide tech support, troubleshoot mobile applications, and manage email communications in a work-from-home environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience troubleshooting mobile applications and providing tech support
- High school diploma required; college education preferred
- Experience with managing large volumes of email communications
- Background in diagnosing and troubleshooting consumer products and services
