Job Summary

is in need of a Remote Technical Customer Service Advisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Deploying strong people skills to build a genuine connection with a customer
  • Providing calm conflict resolution and problem resolution for frustrated customers
  • Helping customers who are having issues with their smart devices

Position Requirements Include:

  • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred
  • Preferably, have previous Contact Center and/or work from home experience
  • Have at least six months of customer service experience
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Are excited by innovative technology
