Job Summary
A business services company has an open position for a Remote Technical Customer Service Engineer III.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Proactively managing consumables and supplies replacement as required
- Performing routine services to ensure equipment availability to client site users
- Providing customer training on assigned products
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Possesses reliable, dependable transportation
- Specialized courses from recognized universities with 2/3 years of academic years
- Minimum Successful completion of EL CSE test battery including Ishihara Color Vision test
- Minimum PC skills in MS Office applications, Internet navigation
