Job Summary

A technology leader has an open position for a Remote Technical Customer Service Engineering Representative III.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support related to the operation and maintenance of the client’s equipment
  • Identifying problems in straightforward situations
  • Performing routine services to ensure equipment availability to client site users

Qualifications Include:

  • Perform equipment operation
  • Specialized courses from recognized universities with 2/3 years of academic years
  • Successful completion of EL CSE test battery including Ishihara Color Vision test
  • Successful prior experience delivering services to a on-site client environment
  • Effective interpersonal skill and behaviors
  • Demonstrated capability in the maintenance and repair
