Job Summary
A customer service outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Escalating critical issues following appropriate policies and procedures
- Handling customer inquiries via all channels (phone, email, chat, SMS)
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to analyze information, providing accurate remote troubleshootinging products
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Teams
- HS Degree or equivalent required
- 6 months+ relevant experience in post-sales technical support
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
