Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing firm is seeking a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Escalating critical issues following appropriate policies and procedures
  • Handling customer inquiries via all channels (phone, email, chat, SMS)
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to analyze information, providing accurate remote troubleshootinging products

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications including Teams
  • HS Degree or equivalent required
  • 6 months+ relevant experience in post-sales technical support
  • Knowledge of basic troubleshooting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
