Job Summary
An IT solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Customer Service Representative in Mobile.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing technical phone support to sales and installation teams
- Providing technical phone support to Novatech customers with printer/copier related issues
- Maintaining and updating Knowledge Base for customers and internal staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to travel to client locations (approx 50%)
- Knowledge of printer/copier technology
- Proficiency using Microsoft Windows 7/8/XP/Vista, Microsoft Office and other common PC programs
- General use of the Internet, including web browser, email, and FTP
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
