Job Summary
As a full-time Remote Technical Customer Service Specialist, the candidate will support clients by addressing account inquiries and resolving issues related to SSL, servers, and relational databases while working weekdays from 11 am to 8 pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs and resolving issues related to SSL, servers, and relational databases
- Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services
- Providing exceptional customer service while gathering and updating customer account information
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of customer service work experience
- Knowledge of desktop and portable devices, relational databases, SSL, and/or servers
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or higher
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and have legal authorization to work permanently in the U.S
