Job Summary

A tech startup has an open position for a Remote Technical Customer Success Engineer in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide deep technical support for customers
  • Solve critical, complex issues related to company products in a timely manner
  • Deliver a great customer service experience with each customer interaction

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience working directly with customers
  • Previous experience in Support, Systems Administration, Software Engineering, or other technical fields
  • Solid understanding of the modern web application stack
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong learning-orientation
