Job Summary
A tech startup has an open position for a Remote Technical Customer Success Engineer in Austin.
Must be able to:
- Answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide deep technical support for customers
- Solve critical, complex issues related to company products in a timely manner
- Deliver a great customer service experience with each customer interaction
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience working directly with customers
- Previous experience in Support, Systems Administration, Software Engineering, or other technical fields
- Solid understanding of the modern web application stack
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a strong learning-orientation
