Job Summary
A payment software company is seeking a Remote Technical Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing inbound customer questions and requests quickly
- Researching and troubleshooting customer issues
- Capturing and tracking feedback from customers on new features and product improvements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of customer support/success experience
- Proven experience working and building relationships with technical customers/end users, who are primarily developers, using our API to support commerce businesses
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely
