Job Summary

A payment software company is seeking a Remote Technical Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Addressing inbound customer questions and requests quickly
  • Researching and troubleshooting customer issues
  • Capturing and tracking feedback from customers on new features and product improvements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of customer support/success experience
  • Proven experience working and building relationships with technical customers/end users, who are primarily developers, using our API to support commerce businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely
