Job Summary
A machine learning and AI software developer has a current position open for a Remote Technical Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading premium customers through implementation and integration of the company's platform into its data warehouses
- Providing starter customers with resources necessary to leverage the self-serve product
- Working cross functionally with Data Science, Engineering, and Sales to advocate and solve for customer needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer facing experience within an analytical focus
- Basic understanding of software architecture and data structures
- Desire to work at in an early stage startup environment
- Ability to present complex concepts and processes in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
