Job Summary
A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Customer Support Associate II.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer customer service calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
- Input customer information into a computerized data base
