Job Summary
A training solution company has an open position for a Remote Technical Customer Support Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent interactions over email and phone
- Support users of the company's web and mobile applications
- Identify, refine, track, and automate reporting of customer support metrics
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to participate in weekly product meetings
- Strong record in customer support/success or sales engineering for a B2B SaaS product
- Experience and prudence dealing with sensitive data and systems
- Understanding of AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform service offerings
