Job Summary
A software company specializing in education solutions is in need of a Remote Technical Customer Support Manager.
Must be able to:
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical customer issues
- Serve as the point person for escalated customer issues and key clients
- Manage and lead a team of Customer Support Specialists
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate’s in Computer Science, IT, etc
- 5+ years experience in a technical environment
- 3+ years experience managing a technical support team
