Job Summary

A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning pre-meeting support to load all agenda material into the platform
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on the platform for our customers
  • Facilitating remote live meeting support

Qualifications Include:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be available for evening meetings (typically anywhere between 4:00-10:00pm)
  • Must be able to provide your own computer
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High degree of confidentiality
