Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Technical Customer Support.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as tier one support for advertiser and publisher customers
  • Keeping up to date with feature requests and bug fixes
  • Funneling bugs and feature requests to Product

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working with customers
  • Proficiency in Excel, PPT; SQL and JS experience
  • Basic proficiency in Linux
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • History of collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
