Job Summary
A transcription, captioning, and translation services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Skillfully communicate with customers while providing an unrivaled experience through phone, chat and email
- Skillfully communicate with freelancers while providing an extraordinary experience through email
- Review and process incoming orders for our various service offerings
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1+ years sales and/or customer support experience
- Must be tech-savvy
- Excellent written communication skills
- Have rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help with potential troubles
