A team of web developers is in need of a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering all open requests in our support forum
- Creating material to educate our customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- You are comfortable coding HTML & CSS and have at least some jQuery scripting knowledge
- You are good with PHP & WordPress
- You have used Firebug, Chromes Debugging Console, Operas Dragonfly or a similar tool for web development
- Your written and spoken English is of a high standard
