Job Summary

A web hosting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing Live Chat Level 1 Support
  • Providing VPS Support
  • Working on site migrations

Position Requirements Include:

  • At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM and the web hosting industry
  • An understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting
  • Experience with WHMCS and OpenVZ
  • A firm understanding of open source software
  • Reliable high speed internet connection
  • Prior experience selling web products or services to small businesses
