A web hosting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing Live Chat Level 1 Support
- Providing VPS Support
- Working on site migrations
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years of experience with cPanel/WHM and the web hosting industry
- An understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting
- Experience with WHMCS and OpenVZ
- A firm understanding of open source software
- Reliable high speed internet connection
- Prior experience selling web products or services to small businesses
