A web-based learning platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.

  • Providing ongoing support to teachers and students
  • Serving as our customers' primary point of contact for troubleshooting
  • Authoring and maintaining our Help Center articles

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1+ years of experience providing email-based customer support for a SaaS company
  • Experience creating user-facing product documentation
  • Are a skilled troubleshooter
  • You have a strong interest in education
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with a variety of operating systems
