Job Summary
A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing constituent requests and implied needs, using appropriate probing and clarifying questions
- Providing a high level of professionalism, customer service and cultivation with all customer interactions
- Handling a high volume of inbound contacts regarding ACS income generation programs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Interpersonal savvy, with strong interpersonal skills required
- Some college and/or combination of two years business experience
- Experience with managing ambiguity and complex situations
- Ability to read, comprehend and deliver information quickly to diverse constituencies
- Proven ability to multi-task, including the ability to read, comprehend and deliver information quickly to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated prioritization of customer focus by exhibiting strong ownership of customer concerns and thoroughly attempts resolution
