Job Summary

A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing workload diligently to stay ahead of customer expectations and in accordance with established service standards
  • Translating customer needs/problems into solutions or internal support plans of action in an effective manner
  • Maintaining continual awareness of new products as they are introduced

Qualifications Include:
