A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with our customers through email
- Working on escalations tickets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical customer support
- Extensive experience troubleshooting complex software issues
- A minimum of 2 years email support and/or creative writing experience
- Experience with research, data collection and analysis
- The ability to concisely explain technical concepts in a non-technical way
