Job Summary
A server and other IT infrastructure provider is in need of a Remote Technical Customer Support Specialist I.
Must be able to:
- Educate and empower our customers on how to utilize our Hosting platform
- Escalate critical support issues to the appropriate channels
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues by customers by utilizing our internal channels
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Work well under pressure when dealing with customers
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Must have some technical experience
