Job Summary
A financial software and business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding and documenting the assigned bank's end to end technical solution
- Tracking and reviewing the performance of assigned bank and remediating any issues
- Facilitating all activities to remediate problems and providing a complete RCA to the client
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 8 years in technology support or a related field
- Five or more years of management or supervisory experience
- Extensive experience working with banking technology
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry
- Knowledge of application architecture
