Job Summary

A software and cloud communications company has an open position for a Remote Technical Developer Support Engineer 3.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Addressing customer issues and providing customer feedback
  • Working with our customers' and partners' developers, architects, and support personnel
  • Being available to support customers on holidays to ensure that our customer’s needs are met

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Broad and deep capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code
  • Knowledge of RESTful technology, previous work with APIs
  • Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
  • High competency in communicating complex technical issues
  • Enthusiasm for interacting and collaborating with other departments
