A software and cloud communications company has an open position for a Remote Technical Developer Support Engineer 3.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Addressing customer issues and providing customer feedback
- Working with our customers' and partners' developers, architects, and support personnel
- Being available to support customers on holidays to ensure that our customer’s needs are met
Qualifications for this position include:
- Broad and deep capabilities to troubleshoot server-side code
- Knowledge of RESTful technology, previous work with APIs
- Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- High competency in communicating complex technical issues
- Enthusiasm for interacting and collaborating with other departments
