Job Summary

A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Remtoe Technical Digital Transformation Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering in continuity of digital training within IES Specialists teams globally
  • Transitioning from onsite FSE support to content, digital, augmented reality support
  • Partnering with divisions in driving digital Workflow Solutions Integration

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor of Science degree: Science related, technical or other relevant degree, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of technical experience in service operations and/or commercial environment
  • Proven ability to recognize and understand problems on sophisticated electronic, mechanical and optical instrumentation maintained in a laboratory environment
  • Capability of influencing peer group to deliver required changes
  • Ability to demonstrate Company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement
  • Proven basic instructional abilities (training)
