Remote Technical Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing software platform, the full-time Remote Technical Engineer will investigate and solve complex customer issues, contribute to product modernization using Angular and Java, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex customer and production issues requiring technical expertise
• Contribute to the modernization of established software products and participate in architectural discussions
• Collaborate with Product, Support, QA, and Engineering teams to improve overall customer experience and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Experience developing software in Delphi or similar strongly typed languages
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience working with databases and SQL
• Genuine curiosity about how systems work and a desire to learn new technologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
