Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Engineering Customer Service Representative III.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Installing, maintaining and repairing company and third party products
- Adhering to proper escalation procedures to resolve customer issues
- Managing call activity; performing call close administrative requirements
