Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Engineering Subject Matter Expert Business Systems Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Generate RCA review and expected defect details
• Ensure the appropriate solution to the customer defects is represented in future versions
• Enforce standard methodologies and processes

Qualifications Include:

• 2-4 year of experience of significant client engagement experience
• 3 year of vast experience in Retail Point of Sale delivery management
• Knowledge of PowerShell, SQL, C#, and OS
• A high level of proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications
