A healthcare software company is seeking a Remote Technical Healthcare Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing a working understanding of the modules used to support financial processes
  • Providing immediate technical support by telephone and email to customers
  • Tracking and resolving issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • University degree with networking or software development designations
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated hands on SQL experience
  • Experience providing web-based application software support
  • Working understanding of clinical and financial practices
  • General knowledge of Internet routing and topologies
  • Experience in network diagnostic and diagnostic tools use
