Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Streamline incident resolution processes using ITIL-based methods
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer impacting problems

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Networking and Systems Administration or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a communication company supporting internet-based products
  • Technical understanding of modems, Routers, VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and DHCP
  • 3-5 years of help desk experience in a professional environment
  • Experience with network monitoring platforms or custom tools
