Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Help Desk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline incident resolution processes using ITIL-based methods
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer impacting problems
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Networking and Systems Administration or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a communication company supporting internet-based products
- Technical understanding of modems, Routers, VoIP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, and DHCP
- 3-5 years of help desk experience in a professional environment
- Experience with network monitoring platforms or custom tools
