Job Summary

A full-service IT and business consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Technical Help Desk Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting all troubleshooting steps
  • Performing remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop and end-user technology issues
  • Providing assistance to client end-users as requested by the Service Manager

Required Skills:

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • 3+ years' experience in a Help Desk/Technology environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
