Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Implementation Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delighting clients by completing their implementations successfully, on-time and within budget
- Leading and participating in client meetings as you educate, train, and advise clients via emails and chats
- Keeping the project on target with respect to scope and timeline by recognizing scope creep
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work independently and demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with external clients on system implementations or training
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science (BSc, MCA), or other related disciplines
- Customer satisfaction and problem solving skills are essential
- Ability to conduct oneself with professionalism in all situations, including high-pressure scenarios
- At least 2 years of combined industry experience in at least one of the following areas: enterprise software implementation, business analysis, or business process consulting
