Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider has an open position for a Remote Technical Implementation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping to inform and guide the rollout of new product or technical functionality
- Maintaining organizational effectiveness and efficiency by identifying gaps in process and initiating corrective actions
- Serving as a liaison between the CSO organization, and the engineering and product organizations for process improvement initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Skilled with requirements drafting, methodology mapping, and template and tool building
- 5+ years of customer technical delivery experience in a business analyst, project management, and/or technical solutions consulting role
- High proficiency with Excel, PPT, Workflow Mapping, and Project Management Tools
- Experience with building and maintaining tools and templates of any format
- Strong technical implementation skills and ability to clearly document requirements for any audience
