Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Inside Sales Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Training and motivating newly hired sales representatives
  • Providing call coaching, actionable feedback, and development suggestions to new hires
  • Participating in the Quality Phone Monitoring process

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Sales and presentation skills
  • Leadership and coaching skills
  • Inside Sales experience with an understanding of adult learning processes
  • Minimum of 3 years previous sales, sales management or training, experience within a service driven industry
  • Excellent organization, interpersonal and coaching skills
