Job Summary
A software services company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying enterprise-wide training needs through gap analysis and other means
- Identifying curriculum needs supporting employee development
- Recommending and developing quality learning content
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel as needed up to 15%
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
- 2+ years experience developing eLearning Content
- In-depth knowledge and experience in instructional design and adult learning theories
- Understanding and experience in implementing training evaluation models
- Proficiency in training program development tools
