Job Summary

A global healthcare company is seeking a Remote Technical Instructional Designer and Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Creating and managing technical learning content focused on training associates on how to execute various processes in Salesforce and other systems
• Aligning training content to system release schedules
• Using a variety of tools including app guidance, video recording and editing, course authoring tools to create a dynamic system training curriculum

Qualifications Include:

• Requires specific training in fields such as education and training, instructional design, or similar vocations obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree program and/or advanced degree from an accredited institution
• Requires a minimum of 5 years in adult education training experience or equivalent work experience
• Requires direct experience in needs assessment, curriculum design, testing, evaluation, quality control, performance metrics, and reporting for adult education programs
• Experience in virtual and live facilitation, leading train-the-trainer sessions
• Proficient in Salesforce as it is used by sales and customer service teams
• Experience with virtual platforms, authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Camtasia), collaboration tools, app guidance tools (WalkMe), and Learning Management Systems
