Job Summary

A software development company specializing in mileage reimbursement and vehicle management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Integration Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing all pre and post move-to-production testing with client to ensure successful transaction and accurate data
  • Initiating ongoing communications and follow-ups to ensure client integration objectives are met
  • Working with Professional Services, Sales, and Product Teams to deeply understand product capabilities and suggest improvements and new features based on market needs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of best practices in B2B technical integrations
  • Possess exemplary communication skills via phone, email, in customer-facing situations and across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and project management skills
  • Strong business acumen, high level of confidence and dynamic and engaging presence
  • Strong time and prioritization management skills
  • Ability to work with a broad range of clients across varying sizes and industries
