Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Technical Issue Support Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Support business processes
  • Provide issue management for internal and external clients
  • Document processes and procedures

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of process and operational work flows
  • Experience working with continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Five9 and AgentCubed
