Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 5 years’ experience of demonstrated ERP and HCM analyst experience
- Experience with Kronos and Workday HCM and experience with HCM migrations
- Solid systems experience, an operations mindset, is passionate about improving the company digital experience
- Experience leading and delivering complex, enterprise-wide projects with vendors and technical partners
- Excellent project management skills
