Job Summary

A K–12 education company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Lead Grapher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Representing the Graphing Team in weekly meetings
  • Working with the Lead Editorial Grapher on maintaining the Desmos Authoring Guide
  • Helping decide upon and communicate to the Graphing Team best technical practices

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Willingness to travel to New York Office Headquarters for occasional workshops
  • Experience with web-based mathematical authoring tools and graphing calculators
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, mathematics education, or another quantitative field
  • Basic tutoring or teaching experience, including online or as a teaching assistant
  • Proficiency using digital teamwork tools, including spreadsheets and Google Drive
  • Coding experience in mathematical languages or other languages
