Job Summary
A global technology manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Manufacturing Account Management Director.
Must be able to:
- Optimize the utilization of resources to maximize global strategies and policies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short and long term performance
- Facilitate and enhance cross-functional relationship to maximize customer satisfaction criteria and operational performance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Demonstrates expert operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum of 10 years of sales/account management experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
- Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics
