Job Summary

An online computer science education company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Mastery Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Design, build, implement, and improve upon Technical Mastery course curriculum
  • Source, vet, and hire Technical Coaches and Technical Instructors
  • Manage the Technical Mastery Team of Technical Coaches and Technical Instructors

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School or GED with proof of completion
  • 3+ years of experience interviewing software engineers in the programming industry
  • Experience in designing curriculum, teaching, and managing diverse, remote teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable and compelling in public speaking situations
  • Self-starting with the ability to effectively work autonomously with little oversight
