Job Summary
A nonprofit medical association has a current position open for a Remote Technical Medical Product Support Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with the instructional design team to understand the capabilities of the authoring tools
- Document system updates, job aids, and build standards for system backend user support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, healthcare, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product support or quality assurance of digital content
- Solid technical background with understanding of software implementation, architecture, and web technologies
