Job Summary

An open source software company has a current position open for a Remote Technical OpenShift Container Platform Account Manager in Raleigh.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to identify and prevent issues
• Provide advice and guidance to customers about their current and future solutions
• Manage customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation

Required Skills:

• Travel as needed to visit customers
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
• 5+ years of professional enterprise administrator or development support experience
• Extensive knowledge of the container concepts and experience using Linux containers
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes
• Experience working in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance organization
